i have just upgraded from Z10 to Z30, after the latest OS update, 10.2.1.2102
now all the Android apps don't run even the ones from BBW, like android central.
Please tell me if i need a new runtime or if to wipe and start again?

Yes i removed it and the sideloaded again. but even the LastPass from Blackberry world isn't running....

i have all the settings correct, my Z10 had all the apps working an hour before i made the switch to Z30. Should i switch back?

Some of the apps dont work on the Z30 that work on Z10 also

also did you restore from link, you might have to redownload them i think its just the newer leaks like 2947 that the app data gets backed up proper,

that may be true but shouldn't the apps from Blackberry World work? My friend has the same phone( he convinced me to get this one ) and all his apps from BBW or Snap work .

ok so try a hard reset by holding the volume up and down buttons for 30 sec until you see the blue loading circle then let go,

ok, just did that the blue line travels across the screen but app still doesn't run, and when i try to download an app from Snap i get this.
