    Hi there. I have a z30 on 1.3.1. I have run into a problem. Amazon app store will not load nor will my android apps. I have given it a hard restart to try to fix the problem but it still persists. It tries to laid then just goes back to the home screen. Any advice?

    How long have you had the 10.3.1 OS loaded? Did you restore your phone recently?

    Download the app directly from amazon, that will fix your issue

    I am using some applications from amazon store on my z30 and they are working fine. I experienced some issues after upgradation of new OS thru Sachesi so I deleted applications and reinstalled. Now, all are working fine. Yesterday's OTA upgradation to 2558, not impacted any of applications.

    I updated to 10.3.1 three weeks ago official release. I have had no problems with my phone at all except for yesterday.
    Thank you for all your advice. A new update came out yesterday and I downloaded it this morning. . All seams to be working now
