Hello all

My issue after updating the 10.2.1.537 I have a weird issue that occurred on my Z30 when I play music on speaker, bluetooth and the handset once the screen goes black or I press the button at the top the music stops instantly. So I would need to be using my phone browsering etc so the songs can play... I tired looking for forums to help but nothing specific to my issue

Hi, i had the same problem on my BlackBerry Z30. I tried so many things but nothing worked. At the end i did a recovery of an backup via the BlackBerry Link software on my PC and everything worked fine again.

Hi, I have similar issues on my Z10 but it affects all my notification tones. It sometimes help to switch it off and on but problem still persists. Any advise from an expert would be appreciated.

So does anyone else have any helpful tips with my issue? again the song stops playing after the energy save goes black or i press the button at the top of the device....... i cant listen to music without constantly playing with my phone
