    clear some apps from the "memory" tab and do a restart. That time always fluctuates depending on use

    The device manager asses battery life based on current usage..so most probably you were using your phone extensively a few mins ago.

    There's nothing wrong..you will see it go up when you use your phone less.

    Also like the previous comment above..make sure you close apps on the memory tab that you are not currently using.

    Also are you using a leaked OS..?
