Just marketing and customer services. BlackBerry needs to fire their whole marketing team. Now if they say it outright that they don't have money for marketing, I can understand.

They need to revamp their customer services. People been complaining how horrible the services are when they call in.

I had a few people like whoa blackberry making newer phones? Lime yesterday my friend was like what phone is that? And I was like the NEW blackberry Z30! And then I showed him around and he said it looks really nice. OS10 is indeed Hands on based!

I notice your Z30 is running 10.2.1. Did you update it over the air from TMO? if not how did you get to install it? Thanks.

I agree a 100%, I have had 6 z30's in the past month and have sold 5 of them to clients who just have to have the device after I did a demo of the device and the OS10 software.

They couldn't believe that BlackBerry made such a phone and where really impressed. Just got another z30 yesterday and this one's not for sale, period.
