Actually, 2470 USD... I made a typo.. but I can't change the title anymore...

But this price will change fast... because I think these are imported devices and the Z30 isn't officially available in my country...
Afterwards the prices will drop to 700+- USD

Could it be a pre-order price?
I saw iPhone 5s on local sites (Denmark) for around €1.500 and we are at least 3 weeks from a possible delivery date. The final price is expected to be around €860 and up.

That's strange. Isn't a typo error? In Portugal you can buy via Expansys at 589 Euros which I belive is a fair price.

This is a completely irrelevant discussion.
The site the link points to is a shopping assist site that lists stores that offer certain products, with their pricing sorted in ascending order.
Once a new product gets released, but is not (yet) available officially, there will always be a few shops who list this product on this site, to just have it registered, but with ridiculous pricing, wich just makes sure they will by no means undercut the final, REAL pricing of the product.
THis happens all the time, with every product that people are eagerly waiting for. And, by the way, all 3 shops on this site list the product as not available. You could pre-order, but nobody clear in mind would do so, and not even these shops expect anyone to do so.
Although the OP claims that he had no point to make, his post implies that a) the Z30 is ridiculously overpriced and/or b) the people running the shops that were listed on this site are insane.
a) is absolutely not true, there is no valid pricing yet for the Z30 (except in the UK maybe). The thread title is totally misleading, adding to the sh!tloads of false perception about BB that is out there.
b) is totally irrelevant for this site (CB)

I just talked to T-Mobile AT. They have no information if our when the z30 will be offered; however, you can order an unlocked one at Expansys:
