This started happening on my Q10.

I just got my Z30,. loaded 10.2.1.1055 onto it, switched devices via device switcher and when I go to settings, accounts, I get a black screen and at the bottom it says "loading accounts" with the circular loading thing going. non stop.

So, I can't input any of my passwords into my accounts.

Any ideas?

There are lots of threads about that. Certain Android apps cause that. It is a leak and therefore not perfect. If you have Android apps installed try deleting them 1 at a time until you can access account settings. I know for me it was Zinio that caused it.

No dice. I deleted all my apps. Rebooted and still nothing. I'm just going to reload 10.2.1 and restore everything but my app data

For me it was Google Earth. Too bad, the app worked great.

"- When adding additional email accounts; If you go to settings and then Accounts it shows a blank screen. (Q10 Confirmed)
----- Work Around: Go to hub management and add email from there"

It was soundcloud that was messing it up for me. Deleted, accounts work fine now.

For me it was Viber. Deleted Viber and I could load accounts.

For me it was Kayak which I downloaded from BlackBerry app world!

It was soundcloud that was messing it up for me. Deleted, accounts work fine now.

For anyone that still has issue after deleting Droid apps. Culprit can be side loaded apk or converted bar. Can also be a converted one in BlackBerry World. I deleted all mine and still had issue. Even tried rebooting. Upon reboot they all came back so they weren't really deleting. I did get them properly deleted through settings. App monitor. Then accounts loaded right away

After some experimenting it seems many android apps cause the same thing. Everything else works, but accounts won't load. As soon as the app is deleted accounts load again. I tried reloading the leak, etc and the same thing happens. Anyone found a workaround?

Just reposting this question... does anyone know of a solution?

For me it was Pinterest. Deleted it my accounts came back up.

Oh man had the issue happen to me again accounts not loading, this time it was soundcloud, z30 leaked 10.2.1.1055.
