    Ok people from beautiful lands, I recently contacted my service provider and asked y I cannot access blackberry protect, she told me to check on the app world and amazon but nonthing is there, please I need help and also can sumbody help me get a OS upgrade im currently on 10.3.1.1779

    Please do not complicate or put my fone in danger of virius's plzzzzz
