Since today and without any reason my power on and volume up button are stuck and not clicking anymore. The other buttons click.
Anybody experiencing the same?
Will go to the service center tomorrow but would love to know if this is eventually common...

Not mine. Sorry to hear that yours had that problem. Although I feel it could have been a bit more durable with metal button instead of plastic one but it's still working out quite well in my case. I do enable the "swipe to wake" feature so I don't have to click the on/off button to unlock the device.

im just back from the repair center. they will give me a new one as not repairable within 60 minutes. Over here the reseller has a promise that if not repaired within 60 minutes you get a new phone. Well would get it, but they have no stock. Need to wait a day or two... Hopefully it is just one day...

Fingers crossed. Else get compensation from them. What's the point of promising a certain level of service if that dealer can not meet it? At least from my experience with a q10, when it had the keyboard problem they gave me a q5 as a temp phone. Which I refused lol, as I already had a q5 as a temp phone.

picked up a new Z3 today from the shop as they could not repair it, they told me they got 4 more phones with identical complaint...

sorry for digressing, pls how Wld you compare z3 battery life to previously owned bb10 devices and can you post a battery usage screenshot at the end of the day. I want to make a decision to get the z3 based on that.

i get slightly more time out of it than from the Z30, way better than the Z10 which gave me horrible times. The Q5 is running less on data for me so not comparable.
I will post a screenshot tonight.. Usually with streaming nobex while driving and using 4 email accounts and social networking apps i always come home with more than 30 %.
My day starts at 6.30 and ends at 8pm....

z10 also gave me battery problems last year running OS 10.2.0.1880 before I sold it. pple doubt when I say i only got a little over 4hrs of juice using twitter, bbm , one email acct and surfing the web.

at night the display is great, during the day with a lot of sun it is partially difficult to see, but that i had on my lumia 1520 as well...
