I think the RAM on the Z3 must be too low that's why I think it is better to get a Z10. After all the Z10 is now cheaper than the Z3.

Here the Z10 is selling for MYR 750 to MYR 850 while the Z3 is MYR 799 to MYR 899.

N the phone back on(if it's off) the. Hold both the volume buttons (not the middle one, only the up and down key) till the BlackBerry BLUE COLOR circle comes, then the phone will automatically restart, of it doesn't, the. Turn it on. If this doesn't solve your problem, then use warranty and get a new device!

Reset might do the trick. Although I had almost no problem with my amazing Z3. Only had to restart once to resolve the issue camera can't be started since I bought it.

Not sure why anyone would get a Z3 when u can get the Z10, redmi, redmi note, and mi3 for same or less. For 700+ ringgit u can get the mi3 with so much better specs and performance.

Maybe you should know RAM mean first before give a suggestion. RAM will not an issue unless you have many heavy apps running all at same time.

I think it may be due to the proximity sensor setting..check out proximity sensor setting for voice call.

RAM = Random Access Memory, this is the place where information to be used by any programme is stored so that the processor is able to access it on the fly & churn out results or responses we want. This makes any computer or device seem to work faster as it does not need to go back to the permanent storage to access information it needs.

Yes, I still think that the RAM on the Z3 is inferior & may cause it to slow down or even freeze up as it is currently looking for information it needs to perform the next task for us humans.

RAM, with low read write speed will affect a phone performance but I doubt it will happen that even a simple receiving call hang the phone. The poster say it happen when receive a call so the phone is in idle.
