    Hi, I recently upgraded my z3 from 10.3.1 to 10.3.2 (leaked OS) using the auto loader provided in crackberry forum and it solved all my lag and freeze issues. Maybe you can give it a try but make sure you backup your device and follow the instructions. Good luck!
