    so it seems my wifi and Bluetooth are not functioning properly, they both need me to put my phone right next to the router or Bluetooth speaker in order to get a connection. I've done a factory reset, but that hasn't helped.

    does anybody have any solutions?

    No it's not. The Z3 doesn't support 10.3.3.

    It can be done with an autoloader, doesn't it? Would explain the bugs... there was something like this with the z10s if I remember correcty. Of course I don't think this is the case here.

    It can't, no. Nor can you install 10.3.3 on a Z10STL100-1.
