    I'm not familiar with that model but have you tried a full reboot. If it has a removable battery do so for 1 or two minutes.

    Are you using any 3rd party apps that show battery use or cpu usage to try finding out if something might be running.

    Have you tried another charger or cable?

    Hello. I reboot the device several time but nothings change. I do use third party apps. But it hasn't been an issue with battery until now. Is it hardware problem? Like charger or usb wire??
