    My phone doesn't show available networks when I switch on wifi. I have to restart the phone in order to make it work. And after 2-3 times, the problem starts again. Software version is 10.3.1.1779. I have attached A screenshot of how the wifi setting looks like.

    1) Delete any newly installed apps.

    2) Do some test with the BlackBerry Virtual Expet app (BBW).

    3) Load a new OS (different version would be best) to make sure it isn't software / settings related (don't restore any settings, until you make sure it works).

    If you still have the problem, it is most likely hardware related.
