    My blackberry Z3 doesn't show any response when put in the charger. When I turn it on it shows an empty battery meaning that its is low but doesn't charge when i try to charge it ... please help ASAP

    Have you tried a different charger? That would at least narrow down whether it's the charger or the phone that's the problem.

    Mybe change the cable sometimes it miss reads the cable and doesn't recognize that it's a BlackBerry cable it might be faulty

    The possibilities are:
    1. The charger is damaged.
    2. The cable is damaged.
    For these check with different charger or cable of same raring to confirm.
    3. Port issue.
    Contact service center.
