[CrackBerry Question]

I have tried at least a dozen times. It keeps telling me there is not enough storage space? I have deleted+++ but it still tells me I don't have enough space. I have updated previously with no problems. I've had the phone just over a year. The person who set it up put the wrong email address in the settings therefore I have never been able to get the Blackberry Link. Please advice!

Delete the email address and put a different one in.
You can run many different email address's. "settings" "accounts" Add account".One way To delete an account is to (Not tap it) but hold it down and a choice will slide out from the right side allowing you to delete the wrong email address.
After setting up the email you want and registering it with your device everything else should work fine for you

The Q5 has the same problem you can't do OS updates directly over the air. Apparently you have to use link on a computer. My wifes Q5 is still on 10. 2. 0 as i have been totally unable to update it any further.
