I got the same errors using Link. Eventually, I had to disconnect Link and wipe the device to free up space so that I could do an OTA update.

Exactly having the same problem. I've tried all methods to update my Z3 to 10.3.1.
- OTA: Not enough space problem (1.2 GB)
- BB Link: connection problem (wi-fi supposed to be fine)
- Web: also connection problem.
