After 3 years of the now legendary Curve 8520, I reluctantly bought a new all-touch model - Z3. I am happy with whatever came in the box. But I keep getting reminders to upgrade to 10.3.1.1779 (from 10.2.1.2977).

Is it worth ? Advise.

All depends on your likes. For one it will patch a vulnerability in OS but some don't like the new icons etc. Also many with a Z3 have run into not having enough space to install. So if you do make sure you delete some apps and what not first. They can always be reinstalled.

Two months after purchase, I have finally upgraded to 10.3.1.1779. It was a hassle-free 3-hour process over a Ethernet connection.

10.2.1 no problems phone and wifi is solid

10.3:2. 680 :

dialer is lagy !! to end the call last 5 seconds (on 10.2.1 it is instant)
hub and animations are lagy (no lag on 10,2.1)
wifi sucks the most (drops, low range i used to have full range now i have barely 1 bar or any )

10.3.2 has idiotic blue buttons everywhere which are in a way and its not intuitive at all.
