Are you talking about RAM or storage? If you only have 5 or 6 apps installed, it's not normal that your storage is down to 250MB, unless they are huge games

If you are talking about RAM, the number of app installed doesn't affect RAM

Actually im talking about the free memory and I dont have any games. Just now I hard reset my device now its giving me about 600mb. Do I hav to do a hard reset every time if I encounter this problem?

What problem are you encountering? The system manages RAM and it would fluctuate. You should just ignore how much RAM is available, there is no point in rebooting your phone.

Yeah but it doesn't mean anything that free memory falls below 250 MB! As you open applications, the OS leave some processes in memory so that they executes faster

So actually lower memory usually means that it would be faster

Well the Z3 do have less memory than other BlackBerry 10 phones. Do you have the latest OS update?

    That's what I have.
I found the OS is snappy. No problem with that circumstances.

You only said that you only have the certain amount of RAM. My point is not about how much the RAM. Then what's wrong with that. My Z3 has 1.5 GB of RAM But only one third left. What I am saying is not about how much, but the performance.

post a screen shot of memory usage in device monitor
Go to Device Monitor --> click on the three bar on lower left --> Memory,

Then it will list who use the memory . For example If it is browser use 400mb, then just need to close the browser. Then memory will free up

I closed a few apps in that list that I didn't need to be open at the moment. And the used memory went down from 1.24GB(similar to you) to 1.08GB.

    Maybe you can try that?
