    Hi anyone else experiencing that when call comes only number appears even if contact is in list. But when call ends it shows up in log.

    I have the opposite problem and was just thinking of posting a thread!... when a call comes in I see the name of the person but then in the calls log list it just shows the number without the name - very annoying when I want to redial somebody... and it seems to happen on random numbers not all...

    We all know the contacts app has been crappy for a while so I hope 10.3.1 changes things for the better!

    Everyone try to soft reset your phone. press volumeUp+volumeDown for about 10 seconds till you see the BlackBerry logo. I am using 10.3.1 and not facing this issue.
