Sorry to jump in here, To Mad Mat, in case your not aware of Autoloaders, Download the Autoloader onto your PC, then unzip it, then start it, then and only then - plug the phone into the PC via USB cord, Autolaoader will take over from there, let it do it's work on the phone, wait until you see the phone ready for you to do Initial Set Up.

I tried this update and got Sim card from unknown source error. Had to downgrade to get it working.
