Hello guys, I'm using BlackBerry Z3 With latest OS 10.3.1.. the problem is, my BlackBerry hub is consuming more ram though I'm not opening my hub and even PIM services is also consuming more Ram..as a result my the free RAM left will be around 300mb (with all apps closed). It's weird. My phone is lagging a lot..recently I added my Gmail account to the accounts profile, after doing this it's even worse ( before I used to do a hard reset twice a week, now after adding my Gmail account, I'm doing it everyday) I'm deleting the mails and messages in my hub regularly, but still my BlackBerry hub is consuming more ram.. can anyone tell me the solution for this? Screen shots below..

If your system is using more than the expected amount of ram then you need to reload.
Delete some apps to save ram if you need to. The system using ram is a pain and someone I know had to resort to reloading the OS. Download the files and install the update yourself. Also did you do the update OTA? if you did there are tons of files installed that you can remove that you don't need that save about 255MB .

have you ever used sachesi to delete bar files from your phone?

I also haven't tried to delete unnecessary files from sachesi. How safe is to delete unnecessary files like languages & other applications.

I updated the OS through OTA.. I was using a leaked version of 10.3.1, so on Feb 19th I got an update of 300mb.. and I updated my OS to official version of 10.3.1. Now,how can I remove the unnecessary files? And no I don't know anything about Sachesi method.. and does doing a security wipe solve my issues?

    Hello,
I have been saying this umpteen times, whenever people have updated from leaked OS to official OS, we need to understand one thing, they are always major issues.
Its always advisable to do security wipe, before installing official update. Some files are for testing purposes, official OS covers all loopholes. I m telling from personal experience after security wipe, it's working perfect.
