Hi All,

My Blackberry z3 Security Wrap is at 99% since 28 hours. I don't know what to do. Some one please suggest me. I am using this mobile for my office purpose.

So unplug it if plugged in, let it reboot and see where it's at. It's not as if you need to worry about it wiping files... you were doing that anyway. Chances are it's done wiping and just stuck.

I had the exact prob half a decade ago on my Z10. Rebooting didn't work in my case. It kept getting stuck at around 95%. I used an autoloader and that fixed it.
