    Go to device monitor and take a screen shot..
    For screen shot you have to press volume up and volume down button together....

    Hi, try auto load your z3 to OS 10.3.2.2226 (leaked OS). You can find it on crackberry forum. My z3 previously on OS 10.3.1 and I have a nightmare using it. After I upgraded it, it solved all the problems and I'm happy with my z3 now, it is very responsive now! Good luck mate.
