Hello all, I just installed Google Play Store... I can browse all apps, when I try to install, GPS (google play store) crashes, to an error, unfortunately google play store has stopped working... error, for each and every app...
Am I missing something, did a search for this type of error faced by anyone, didn't return any results...

If anyone knows about fixing this issue for z3 running 10.3.1.1779, kindly reply and help me get rid of this problem....

    Thanks in advance

I don't know where you downloaded Play Store, but it for sure was not from the official Play Store thread (because you would have posted your issue there if it was that way)

Get all files only from the official Play Store thread here on Crackberry:

So your Play Store version is 5.9.12, right? And you followed the setup procedure in the Play Store thread?

Ok. Sorry for questioning everything, but mostly the support request come with low quality information, so it's better to double check.

I've never seen the problem that you describe. If Play Store is crashing, it must be quite serious though.

    Some questions:

    1. Does your device have an existing Downloads folder (device/Downloads)?
    2. Did you move the installed Play Store or any of it's components to an external SD card (dont!)
    3. Is there enough space on the INTERNAL SD card?

    Hello cobalt232,

I have checked about the folder / device / downloads.. it does exist but its empty...
Also checked about the device storage space of around 1.75 Gb as free space..

Please suggest any other solution.. what could be the problem, I wish to clear this out...

    Thanks again
