Im buying secondhand bb z3 , setelah di wipe masih nyangkut bb Id yg lama ,
After reboot ask question BBID akun yg lama ..please solution

You have to contact the previous owner or ask him to contact the merchant who sold it with a proof of buy (receipt). Merchant can reset it for you. Otherwise, it's a BlackBerry protect feature; you won't be able to solve this by yourself (I doubt previous owner will give you the password ...). He might be also able to wipe the device remotely using the protect web site, not sure if it'll remove BBID tough (worse a try, IMHO).

The first owner has to remove the phone from the BlackBerry Protect website and then protect has to be turned off on the phone, which will of course require their password.
