    I upgraded my blackberry z3 to 10.3.2.2474 os over the air connection.
    but mobile working very slow. can i downgrade to original os with which mobile comes? and how?

    No.

    Once on 10.3.2, you can't go back to anything earlier.

    You may consider a fresh install of your OS with an autoloader, and that should fix things.

    Download to PC, unzip it, plug in phone, run autoloader. Done.

    The device will be wiped, so use Ultimate Backup first if you wish. Avoid BlackBerry Link.
