    i created i custom backup using link, then i wiped my device. now i want to restore backup on my z3, but my pc shows that no backup files are created to backup. when checking in the path where backup was saved it is still there. what can i do.
    please help me my important data, passwords ,bank account details is about to dead. please help help help

    Even when you press restore it says no backups where found? Mayybe try changing the backup location that BlackBerry link searches for

    Well I remember checking at the BlackBerry link you could find an option to check another folder for the backup, you can check there whether the backup folder that BlackBerry link checks is the correct one, if not change it.

    Was the backup made using the same BBID? Was the backup made using the same or a lower OS?

    Reinstall Blend/Link.

    Reboot your PC.
    Reboot phone.
    Try to backup again.

    Make sure that you are selecting your custom backup from your list of available backups.
