Here are all the latest autoloaders, you will need the large zipped file for the Z3.

    https://mega.nz/#F!ERomDKaT!YYXwe5p2bUlm_4VW5VfTtw

Open link in the browser of your PC, download the correct file, unzip file after downloading then plug in device and run the file. Your device will be wiped in the process.

Why is it labeled "Z3_10.3.03.3216_STJ 100-1-2" if it isn't for the Z3 STJ 100-1?
    I'm probably missing something?

They were all automatically generated, but I just removed it from the 10.3.3 repository.

BlackBerry simply chose not to support the chipsets in the Z3 and Z10STL100-1 with this release.

    Download from BlackBerry World.

Btw, never backup and restore with Link. It just puts the problems you wanted to get rid of right back on the device. Always start from scratch.

I thought it was the reduced ram (1.5GB) and internal memory (8GB) that limited the ability to properly load 10.3.3.

The Z3 has a Snapdragon SOC, like all the other BB10s (different variants, of course), except the Z10STL100-1 which used the totally different TI cpu.

The Z3 uses a hybrid OS - the SoC is a qc8230 instead of the qc8960 like all other BB10 devices (except the Passport). Although the Z30 uses the (slightly) faster qc8960T Pro.

And yes, it will technically load, but as you say, the performance results are dreadful. It's definitely not supported though.

Power cycle is just another word for restart or turning it off and on again.

    Hold the power button.

I tried it , but windows says USB device unrecognized, on the autoloader same screen appears as last time
When I press power button for a long time then USB message which I mentioned above appears and there red led on until I stop holding power button
I tried power and volume buttons as well , but nothing happens
When I stop holding these buttons yellow led blinks for 1 second and then red led starts to blink as long as USB cable is connected to it
