    Can I sideload the full OS avoiding the BlackBerry Protect Antitheft part..or is there any other method to make my phone to normal stage..

    Guys i current have a problem i did wipe my blackberry z3 and then it did so bberror and i took my phone to fix but the software they put on dont have all the media apps music,pictures,videos ect alot is missing i guess thats not the rigth software 10.3.1.997 it also so complete setup and it connect with wifi but does want to log in the phone is useless with this problem hope you guys can assist me thanks
