Why is my BlackBerry z3 with BlackBerry os10.3.2.2876 not installing android apps after downloading blackberry runtime for android

Just checking the basics... Did you reboot the phone, then give it about 10 minutes to make sure the runtime fully initialized?

Not sure it matters that much. I'm typing on a Z3 right now and I've learned that Android of any type apps overwhelms this hardware. I'd suggest native only at this point.

But it was running and installing android apps before upgrading to 10.3.2.2876 so i decided to install blackberry runtime for android but it only got worse, it won't even install android apps again, maybe I should downgrade it???? I just need advice

Just reboot the phone by holding down the power button until the phone re-starts. Then wait 10 minutes before using it.

If it still doesn't work, do a security wipe.
