    Hi,
    Purchased blackberry z3 recently.
Tried to update it through mobile and through link as well, but couldn't do it. It's asking to free space from mobile which I tried but couldn't free up space as I am left with default apps which I cannot remove.
may I know is there any way to update?.

    Thanks,
    MTR.

Use a PC and install the latest OS with an autoloader. Your device will be wiped, so do a backup if you absolutely must - but a clean install is preferred.

    Download from Thurask's archive here:

There are only two Z3 models. The -1 and the -2.

Assuming you already have the drivers on your PC (which can be installed by downloading the BlackBerry Blend package from www.blackberry.com/blend), you simply download the autoloader, unzip it, plug your device in, and run it.

Again, an autoloader will wipe your device.

I tried loading 10.3.2.798 via Sachasi today, the process completed but the phone OS hasn't upgraded. It's still on 10.3.1.1779.

Any suggestions / help on where I could be going wrong, much appreciated.

    Thanks!
