I just updated from 10.2.1.3054 to latest 10.3.1.1565, it's one hell of an OS designed by blackberry.
Interface looks beautiful, took almost 1 hour for software reset, after that almost 3 hours for the home screen to be visible, it's worth it.
All the features just work and feel superb. Only concern was for the contact blocking, if the contact doesn't have an assigned email id, it's not visible to be blocked.
Kindly suggest any work around, I need to block certain numbers that are highly irritating.
Just need to block some numbers.

Hoping for some advice and suggestions.

    Thanks in advance

That's correct, first do an entire security wipe on your device. Remove both sim and so card, there is an option in 10 OS to carry out security wipe, depending on the data, it takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour for the security wipe to complete.
In the meantime, stay connected to the wifi network. On completion of the security wipe, phone restarts and tries to connect to your wifi.
It gets the upcoming 10.3.1 OS update, from here around 2-3 hrs depending on the installation size. For my installation it needed 1 Gb of free space, once it detects free space, it starts downloading .

It took me approximately 2.5 hrs to complete installation. But once done, it's a wonderful OS. Let me know if he encounter any issues.

Would need more details, are you trying from 10.2.1 to the latest OS. Coz whatever problems were there, are all resolved in his latest OS.
Wifi and radio, are two different issues , kindly mention exact problem with wifi, and Z3 doesn't have radio.....

    Kindly elaborate

I was using a leaked version of 10.3.1 and later I got an update of 400mb.. so I'm using official 10.3.1 now.. and problem with WiFi is, it shows that I should connect to another WiFi network in order to get the Internet service. ,this happens frequently and it works after doing a hard reset.. it's annoying.. and coming to radio.. I use the radio in music application. , but after updating to official version..the clarity of the songs in local radio stations is comparatively very low..

If its working all right, then carry on or else for better resolution of all problems, I would have gone with complete wipe and reinstall, would work much better...
You anyways have the recent update...

In settings, go to security and select security wipe option.. it will take at least one hour depending on the applications and data in your device.. don't try to stop the process after you start security wipe..because it will brick your device, it happened for me once.. so do it with patience..

Thats right, but don't forget to remove sim and sd card.... if always advised to take precautionary measures like being connected to wifi throughout this process,
    Thanks

I think it is one of the bug. From Crackberry's article, it said, we need 2.5x the size of the installation files. So, it should be around 2.5 GB of free space (Installation files almost 1 GB). I have around 2.7 GB but it kept telling me I still need to clear around 400 MB, so what I did, I didn't pause the download, I just restarted the phone, and it completed the download and installed by itself.

If you encrypted your sd card, you'll have to decrypt it, otherwise you won't be able to use it after a security wipe.
You shouldn't have to do a security wipe if you use BlackBerry Link.

Hello henry, have you tried the rotation lock on the drop down menu, just next to settings, if you activate, the selection turns blue.
Unselect, it reverts to original setting.

Mine is also the same update, works perfect for me.... no problems....

    Thanks

Hello nikhil, i have a doubt about your sim card not working, not inserted properly, should not be a problem,
If not solved, check it from any local vendor, and was working fine initially.....
