i found that there is brightness issue with bbz3, sometimes it suddenly seems low light, even i have not changed any brightness settings, is it known, or anyone experienced the same !

I get that on the Z10.

Sometimes it changes depending on how bright the sun is when I'm outside, other times it will do it at will

It is due to automatic brightness changing feature of BlackBerry 10. There is no option to switch it off.

If you deliberately set up brightness to its lowest value, the screen does not change its brightness anymore.
Works very well for me, I don't need more!

It is a known feature(not an issue). It is the built in auto brightness. No way to disable it I suppose. I kinda think it's a neat feature. Perhaps some future updates may bring a switch to disable it as per wish. It is present in Z 10 also.

I love this feature! It works very well, brightness goes from dark to lighter and the other way around very smoothly. If you have ever used a lumia 625 then you'll know how good it is!

Nope. The algorithm reads your brightness setting which you set using the slider, and the attempts to make small adjustments based on the ambient lighting conditions to make the screen appear the 'same brightness' regardless of the ambient conditions
