    In my Z3 the running apps are minimising automatically how to overcome from this problem plz help me...... and I wiped device still problem is there

    That's unusual. Are you running any apps that customize BlackBerry functionality?
    For example, I use an app that auto starts a number apps for me each day. They come up full screen, very briefly and minimize so I have my info without those apps running full screen.

    No, and I installed some android apps they might be doing something harmful I guess.... for example : if I open face10 app within 2mins it will minimises automatically and closes the app... I don't know wt is happening plz help me.....

    Hmmm..... Maybe uninstall/reinstall?
    Try an app from the Amazon store and see if it is stable. Perhaps something going wrong with the sideloading of the apk files?
