    Hi,

    I have few apps installed from Snap like Cricbuzz, Money control etc. Until few days back they were working absolutely fine but now they fail to show any updates and the screen shows "You need an internet connection to open this app". Not a fault of carrier I guess because the browser is working fine. I'm on Vodafone.

    Please help if anyone can.. thanks

    Dude I hav the same problem even amazon store is not working properly whenever I try to download something it just closes automatically help me please

    Gurubhai13 is right...wipe your device and do not use any android memory booster app like clean master, du booster like this if you want then install any BlackBerry native app...

    I am telling this but that doesn't mean that this type of apps are responsible for these type of conditions...

    So basically, Android apps? Give this a shot:

    Download Nova Launcher from Snap or whatever Android store you can. This will simulate the Android OS Homescreen. From here, open the settings of Android and check if Wi-Fi/Mobile Data is enabled.

    There are apps that seem to turn them off, and it causes a problem with Android apps.

    I also encountered this problem when I was in 10.2.1.. my problem was NO INTERNET CONNECTION. Just wipe your device. If you are in 10.2.1 then update it.. 10.3.1 is far better than 10.2.1 according to me...
