    Any help would be appreciated as I didn't back up my phone before I updated. I have done a security wipe but that doesn't help either and I can't open some of my apps notably the amazon app store.

    What OS are you running? I'm assuming that you're running 10.3.2.2876 and referring to the recent runtime fix applied only if you were experiencing problems with install/uninstall. What apps are not opening?

    Yeah that's the one I can't access amazon app store plus my banking apps and recent apps downloaded it's a pain
