    Is there any application by which I can lock my BlackBerry z3 without using the lock button.
    Just a click and phone is locked

    As far as I know there is none at the moment.

    It works quite well for me with 1min timeout though.....

    You can use AVG anti virus and you can setup app lock using antivirus
