    I tried many apps but its not working and even worse wifi direct is also not working pls suggest some apps which can be used for transfer big data

    WiFi Direct should be able to work on the Z3: Connect to another device using Wi-Fi Direct - User Guide - BlackBerry Z3 Smartphone - 10.2.1

    Failing that, your other options are Bluetooth or SD card transfer.
