    Update for the OP. Last week I turned on my WiFi and checked for updates on my Z10. Lo and behold, os10.3.1.2576/sw10.3.1.1779 finally showed up. I installed OTA and it appears to be running great.

    Does any specific version work best for the 100-3 in the Z10,It appears to me 1779 is the one to get.Anybody disagree-why?

    Tmobile hasn't released 10.3 yet and still won't say if it is or isn't going to do so.
    It's been 14 months since 10.2 and they never said it was coming out until the day it did.
    With the blackberry and tmobile divorce as a problem will we ever get another update?

    Not saying you ought to but is downloading the update an option to you? I'm a bit reluctant but others say it's very easy,and others are sorry afterwards. Maybe they did not follow directions.
