Are you also experiencing this problem?



When I open my camera, this randomly happens. Sometimes it says that it can't open the camera but sometimes, this thing happens too. I have to restart my phone for my camera to work properly.

Would you know why this is happening?

Have never experienced this. Sometimes with older leaks when I was opening in a rush way too many apps and also the camera at the same time, I couldn't start camera. Then I waited to like 1 minute to settle and it worked afterwards.

could be anything from hardware problem to software problem.Did you try using a autoloader to do a fresh OS install??

Do you have Snap2chat or Snapchat installed? That caused me problems as well.

When I take a picture I get the preview in the lower left corner and I can open the pic by tapping it, however, if I close the camera app and then try to find the picture I just took, it is gone. Not on the device or SD card, its gone. Camera is set to save to SD card.

Lately, that has been happening to me, too. The picture is there but does not show in the Pic/Photo app nor that little preview in the Camera app. But use the File Manager (or other file manager app) and you can generally find it. It will eventually appear. Seems that the INDEXING (or something) lags.

Tried a reset first, that worked. Even the earlier pics I took that were not showing up are there on my SD card now. Crazy camera is right.

I don't have snap and I never installed a leak.

Something tells me with the exact same blot pattern, the hardware (camera module) is toast.

Best get it sent for a check up?

hmm. If you change OS, (like upgrade, for instance), and still get the same type / shape of blot, then it has to be hardware. That's what I think.

I have experienced that and also wrote about it here in the forum, what I noticed is that most of the time it happens after using Instagram, for some reason some Android ports affect the device performance, that's what I prefer to avoid the use of ports.
