Yeah, the charge time is pretty good. Using the OEM charger or OEM car charger both charge to 100% in about an hour give or take.

The only saving grace with the Z10 is that it charges super quick... 15 - 20 mins and it's up 50% ^^

The supplied 1.8 amp 850mAh charger for the Z10 is quite capable of charging in less than 2 hours, as evidenced in a hundred or more screenshots if one cares to look.

It tends to take less time if you don't get below 20%. What law of electricity are you refering to? You do realize that battery ratings are base on discharge performance?

After switching to the Z30 I realized how back it really is. Great device, but the battery sucks! Thankfully it's removable.

Mine is always around 45 minutes or so. I don't usually let my device go below 20% though.

I have to back this up.
It's impossible to charge this battery that quick, even below hour and half, if we talk about FULL charge, from anything below 10% to full charge. I have a Playbook premium charger, which output is 2A, and there is a thread I started praising this charger capabilities. But it's nowhere near half hour, it's ridiculous. The best I get is about hour and 40 minites, if battery is above 10%. So stop deluding people, please.

I get through a day if light to mid usage, but if I spend a couple hours browsing, it runs down easy. I use a blackberry pb charger, and though I haven't timed it, an hour or so seems about right.

My appologies, I was incorrect in my recharge time. I plugged in at 21% and it took 80 minutes to reach 100% on the playbook charger. My earlier statement must be based on a higher initial charge state. No intent to delude here.

Yes it's bad, everyone (not literally) changed to a Chinese 4500mAh and never looked back.
