Hi, my Z10 is not showing as connected on BlackBerry Link when connected by USB. I have tried all USB sockets. Devices charges when connected. PC is new with Windows 10 OS. Any suggestions? Brian.

Settings - storage and access - USB - ensure USB mass storage mode is on and Charge only mode in off.

Link drivers are not installed properly.

    1. Delete Link then reinstall and reboot computer without phone plugged into USB. Plug phone in and computer should now recognize the phone with associated storage drives (internal and microUSB).

    2. If the above does not work temporarily disconnect net connection and temp disable any antivirus/firewall software on computer and repeat step 1. The software could be blocking access to necessary Link files. When you know everything is working reconnect everything back.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks, BlackBerry Link now shows Z10 as connected but will not back up contacts or calendar as only connected through WiFi. I'm sure I'm just missing something very basic, but when you don't know you don't know!

Sorry, it's not as good as I thought. Rebooted all and now Z10 is shown on BlackBerry Link as disconnected! Thanks for your continued help.

Thanks all for your suggestions, a new USB lead resolved everything! I should have checked that first.
