I don't know why people are having issues with re booting etc... I have been using the phone for a month now and I have never faced any problems....i won't recommend anyone to side load the Android apps the only reason I bought a BlackBerry instead of Android was cuz there apps bring a lot of cluster in the phone with them. So don't add any rubbish in your BlackBerry and give it long battery charge instead of small ones and only keep apps you need.

I've never really had an issue either..... but with every electronic device.... there are always people out there wit issues, wether its related to some software they have installed, or some type of defective hardware, or faulty OS install, or just an incompatibility with something else they are using.... just cant be avoided.... I must admit reading the forums over the last month, there does seem to be alot of complaints. Some valid i imagine, and some just rants!!
Some people like to knit pick instead of read and learn which each device has with in their fan base.

Mine had a few issues but I fixed them myself with a wipe. No issues a Os update can't fix. Loving it
