    My z10 wont stay connected to the pc. Its in loop mode ive been trying some programs but not working can someone recommend something i can use or how i can trick the phone to let it stay on so i can load back on my os 1o.

    If you are using the front USB ports try the back, or vice versa. Also try using a different USB cord.

    did that and the phone came on only stayed on for 30mins then gone back dead
