    Hi and welcome to CrackBerry!
    So you don't have a Z10 charger? Then the phone is probably not getting a proper charge.
    What type of charger are you using? You may have to wait longer for it to receive enough of a charge to power up.

    Using a magnifying glass, read the power values or statistics of the charger you are using and posting those values. That way folks can determine how far away it is from the normal z10 charger.
