    Hi all,
    1st post, been lurking quite a while, GREAT forum, have done many upgrades based on info on here, had my Z since July... LOVE IT... a question that I have yet to see an answer for...

    Have been trying to save custom ringtones for various contacts, some will save, some do not. Phone only, not worried about text or emails. Does not matter if saved from device or SD card. Did NOT start happening until around November upgrades. VERY frustrating. Running latest OS (10.2.1.2122) just updated today. ANYONE have a solution for this?

    I've had the same issue since day one. Not specific to any of the OS's. Completely random. I believe I only have 2 or 3 contacts that have kept their ringtones from day one.

    I just don't understand why some save, some don't... and each time one or two more wind up being saved, but the two most important contacts never do now... they stopped being saved
