I turned the sound on my Z10 all the way down while in a meeting and left it down until the next day. When I turned it back up the next day, the ringer wouldn't ring. I tried going into settings and turning sound off and on and pulling the battery, but no luck. Any help greatly appreciated. I'm hoping to avoid a security wipe.

That happened to me two weeks ago, and every ringtone/alert I selected, played the tone when it was selected but not when the phone rang or a message was received. I figured a corrupt update was to blame, so I backed up by contacts, and reloaded the OS with BlackBerry link and then selected partial restore to get my contacts back and everything worked after that. All my apps were available for d'l in BB world. Hope that helps you with your problem.

While my phone always ring at all time. Even at night when I set all to silent or vibration. Even I reduced the volume of all thing to zero.
