i've read other threads but none are helpful, just got my Z10 and im really happy, now i got some issues connecting to the pc, while i can access files and everything, i cant access it through BB link, i only get restore option, did a reset couple of times and nothing, same thing is happening to me with the playbook, now i think that the issue might be my computer (dont know why, i used bb link with the playbook a couple of times before) but it connects well with my old 9860 and 9800, any suggestions? read all the other threads and none were really helpful for those who are gonna start telling me to use the search function

same here - i can not access anything via link - which means my stuff is never backed up!!

Have you tried signing in on Link? I had to sign in and then I was able to do everything wirelessly.

You need to sign into BBID. It should be the same as on your phone.
The problem with link is that it doesn't tell you this.
Look at the right top corner of the link Window. If you are bit signed in then click on it and sign in.
