    I have a z10 that wiped everything after the 10.3.2 leak. It works fine with the official updates, but seriously wipes everything after a leak.
    Here's the problem. It's on a Darcy 'official' update, but I want to downgrade to a lower 10.2.2, but none are available anymore, and the old leak I saved on my other computer doesn't it work. It'll start, go to the green light, the crop out. Using the blackberry link to restore errors it out too...wtf? Can I not go gave to factory settings and just reinstall the official update?

    Once you install BBOS that is higher than 10.3.2.500, you can not revert to an earlier OS other than 10.3.2.500 or higher.

    There is an official BlackBerry fix for this I just cant find it. Search the forum for a fix.

    If your issue is that after every restart, you phone gets factory wiped, then here is the solution:
